So. I got the keys to 47 Main Street in June 2020. Opened for business that September when at level 4 when we were allowed (I think hairdressers were level 4!?) to open our doors to the long awaiting public. Over the following year we opened and closed several times because of increasing and decreasing infection cases. Well, now we are nearly 3 years on since the world got locked down and my little salon in the quaint village of Blackrock, South Co.Dublin is booming. I find myself booked out everyday with new faces coming in on a daily bases. Because of the pace I create (I don't call it work, It's my hobby. An art form!) I've been managing fine by myself. But It's now time to crank it up, and take my little organic salon to the next stage. I'm gonna build a team and expand.
I will be offering private rooms for Bridal parties, Hens and who ever wants to be away from the general public.
The room will also be ideal for those who may be suffering hair loss from chemotherapy treatments. A subject that I hope close to my heart.
I will bring in a color specialist so I can focus on what I do best, Cutting.
Renovations have begun and come January The Private Room will be open for bookings.
Bridal parties will be served drinks, refreshments and snacks. Such as freshly baked croissants, Freshly squeezed Orange juices, Coffee, Teas and of course Persico. I am very excited about 2024.
